BENEFITS OF DESKTOP YOGA
Desktop Yoga is conducted at the participantsí workplaces itself and specifically targets problems arising due to long working hours at their workplace . During the session we focus on stiffness and stress arising in the form of frozen shoulders, back aches, postural defects, spondylitis, Repetitive strain injury (RSI), Computer Related injuries (CRI), straining of eyes, digestive disorders, etc., and giving simple solutions for the same. The participants would be taught simple yet powerful yogic techniques that they could use for a lifetime. The program would focus on how one could make their day stress-free and more productive. The program includes effective stretching, breathing and concentration techniques, that when practiced regularly helps them to de-stress at their workplaces itself. Specially chosen, light music would be played during the session that would help participants to relax and rejuvenate. At the end of the program, every participant will have hands-on experience of having practiced the yoga, understanding the weaknesses and strengths in their body and mind, therefore knowing what they need to focus on, and continue practicing. The yoga would be followed by an interactive Q&A session. Also yogic solutions for specific ailments will be discussed.
